Brown University Health is seeking a senior technical resource to build, deploy, and manage the enterprise unified communications infrastructure and endpoints. The role covers voice services (IP telephony, analog, voicemail), UC applications, and contact center technologies, with on-site field support across the enterprise and remote sites.

Under supervision, you will mentor junior staff, participate in projects, and ensure delivery against standards.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Current Cisco Voice certifications (CCENT/CCT) or equivalent are a plus.
Solid understanding of telephony, TDM, VOIP, voice gateways IP, network technologies and protocols.

Build and deploy enterprise unified communications infrastructure, systems and endpoints.
Provision unified communications services.
Provision traditional analog and VOIP services.
Provide end user telephony support.
Perform moves, adds and changes.
Configure, install and troubleshoot VOIP and analog phone sets.
Create and configure voice mailboxes.
Support Call Center telephony infrastructure and services.
Collaborate with staff on assigned projects and meet timelines.
Maintain project documentation and on-call coverage as required.
