Brown University Health seeks a skilled engineer to manage the enterprise unified communications infrastructure, including voice, audio/video conferencing, messaging, and call center tech. You will provision services, support end users, and assist with projects, ensuring adherence to standards and schedules.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting digital/analog phones, configuring mailboxes, and providing on-call coverage. Travel to Brown locations is required.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Current Cisco Voice certifications (CCENT/CCT) are a plus.
• Solid understanding of telephony, VOIP, voice gateways IP, and networking.

Responsabilités

• Provision unified communications services and traditional/voip services.
• Provide end-user telephony support and moves/adds/changes.
• Configure and troubleshoot phone sets; manage voicemail mailbox.
• Support Call Center telephony infrastructure and reporting.
• Maintain documentation and participate in projects.
