Brown University Health is seeking a senior analyst to lead the build, deployment, and operation of the enterprise unified communications infrastructure, systems and endpoints. You will support voice services, UC applications, and contact center technologies, providing on-site field support across the enterprise and at remote sites.

The role requires VOIP/UC expertise, networking knowledge, and the ability to mentor staff. Travel to Lifespan locations and on-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; telephony and VOIP experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of telephony, VOIP, voice gateways and networking protocols.
• Current Cisco Voice certification a plus; path to degree substitution allowed.

Responsabilités

• Build and deploy enterprise UC infrastructure, systems and endpoints.
• Provide end user telephony support and VOIP/analog troubleshooting.
• Coordinate moves, adds, changes and project deliveries.
• Maintain documentation and support for Call Center telephony infrastructure.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in on-call coverage as needed.
