Job summary

Miratech Group is seeking a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to design, deliver, and operate enterprise UC platforms across the Americas, focusing on Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and related services. You will partner with Cisco, telecom carriers, and other vendors to ensure reliability, security, and controls.

The role requires incident management leadership, vendor escalation, and collaboration with business units.

Qualifications

Ten-plus years in Unified Communications engineering/support roles.
Hands-on Cisco Webex Control Hub administration.
Strong knowledge of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center architecture.
Experience with voice recording functionality.
Experience with UC observability and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Support and administer Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center in production.
Manage and support Voice Recording platforms ensuring compliance.
Support Trading Turret systems for trading floor voice communications.
Coordinate with Telecom Service Providers and vendors.
Configure, support, and troubleshoot SIP Trunking connectivity.
Lead incident management for UC platform issues and vendor escalation.
Coordinate with stakeholders on UC service requirements and incidents.
Support Red Sky emergency calling services and Microsoft Teams Meetings.
Monitor UC platform health using Splunk and other observability tools.
Manage Call Detail Records (CDR) for reporting and compliance.
Be flexible to work weekends/off-hours for maintenance and deployments.
