Qualifications

• 5-7 years Underwriting Financial Institutions with a focus on asset managers, including RIAs, private fund managers, and other investment management firms.
• 5-7+ years’ experience driving agency relationships resulting in profitable new and renewal business.
• Proficient in identifying, analyzing and solving problems and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to mentor others and share knowledge with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced underwriting concepts including risk selection, exposure and hazard identification and control.
• Manage assigned portfolio to achieve gross written premium and profitability goals.
• Develop and maintain agency relationships to drive profitable growth.
• Lead territory business plans and drive a robust sales pipeline.
