Hybrid or remote work is possible, with occasional travel to key specialty locations. Qualified candidates typically have 5–7+ years of underwriting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance technical decisions with sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7+ years underwriting experience preferred.
• 5-7+ years’ experience driving agency relationships and profitable new/renewal business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, underwrite, and manage a portfolio of high-technical-risk accounts.
• Apply underwriting guidelines and pricing components to drive profitable growth.
• Develop relationships with agents and clients to grow book of business.
• Coordinate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.
