Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of underwriting experience.
• Experience managing agency relationships and negotiating with producers.
• Advanced knowledge of Financial Lines and Management Liability.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and underwriting-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and market assigned products, handling complex issues with guidance as needed.
• Evaluate risk, price terms, and endorsements for new and renewal business.
• Prepare proposals, present to producers, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across product offerings and manage a profitable book.
• Partner with agencies and internal teams to support business objectives.
