Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related industry or underwriting experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage agency relationships and negotiate terms with producers.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and market assigned Management Liability products and professional lines.
• Develop strong agency relationships and manage profitable book of business.
• Evaluate risk and price in accordance with guidelines and authority levels.
• Prepare proposals and presentations to producers and accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
