Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of underwriting experience.
• Experience managing agency relationships and a profitable book of business.
• Professional designations such as RPLU, CPCU, ARM, or AU are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and market Management and Professional Lines products with strong agency relationships.
• Evaluate, price, and submit risks; prepare proposals for complex new and renewal business.
• Mentor less experienced underwriters and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop territory marketing strategies and drive profitable growth.
