Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of underwriting or related industry experience.
• Experience supporting or managing agency relationships and profitable book of business preferred.
• Designations such as RPLU, CPCU, ARM or AU are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a profitable book across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber, and other management liability lines.
• Develop and maintain agency partner relationships and drive territory strategies.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, risk management and marketing to meet business objectives.
• Prepare submissions, analyze financial statements, set pricing, terms, and endorsements.
