Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a profitable book of business across Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Cyber, Workplace Violence and other Management Liability products.
• Develop agency relationships, strategies, and marketing activities to drive profitable growth; monitor production, retention, and profitability; participate in producer management.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, risk management, marketing, operations, and product management to support business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
