Ideal candidates bring a solid track record in wet utilities and infrastructure construction, with a Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field and proven leadership in complex project environments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing underground utility construction projects.
• Experience with City of Houston and Harris County Flood Control projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of wet utilities, drainage, water, and sewer infrastructure construction.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage underground utility construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, municipalities, inspectors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Track project costs, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support bidding, change orders, and project closeout activities.
