Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with underground utilities, water/wastewater, site development, or municipal infrastructure.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, estimating, and contract administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple heavy civil projects from award to completion.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and production plans.
• Coordinate field operations with Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor costs, change orders, and overall financial performance.
• Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Prepare monthly reports and progress forecasts for leadership.
