Job summary

DBE UTILITY SERVICES is seeking a full-time Project Manager in Houston, TX. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in underground utilities and a proven ability to lead projects from estimating through closeout.

You will coordinate bidding, procurement, controls, scheduling, and budgeting while mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Travel to Southeast sites and Florida may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in underground utilities.
• Ability to manage projects from estimating to closeout.
• Strong communication and leadership across field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of projects from estimating to construction closeout.
• Coordinate bidding, procurement, project controls, constructability reviews, material management, and budgeting.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control costs.
• Direct and coordinate activities of several disciplines on projects of moderate scope.
• Report progress, cost, schedule, procurement issues, safety or environmental concerns to stakeholders.
• Travel to job sites and client meetings in the Southeast; occasional Florida travel may be required.
