Job summary

EY’s People Consulting practice is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG WFM to develop and enhance our UKG capabilities. You will work with client teams to ensure maximum value from workforce management investments, focusing on current state analysis and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

You will join a dynamic, global team, guiding implementations, configurations, and upgrades, and contributing to thought leadership and project governance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience supporting client projects in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
• Experience in global and/or multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality client service and work products on large-scale WFM projects.
• Gain advanced knowledge of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central.
• Support configurations, implementations, upgrades, and requirements gathering.
• Contribute to pre-sales, design documents, test plans, and knowledge transfer.
