Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG WFM PRO to drive value from workforce management investments. You will evaluate clients’ current states, design and implement UKG solutions, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will lead workstreams, collaborate with client teams, and contribute to pre-sales strategies while advancing your UKG expertise in a dynamic, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience supporting client projects with Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting and Labor Scheduling.
• Experience in global/multi-national UKG WFM/HR system implementations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFM projects, primarily UKG WFM, delivering high-quality client work.
• Gain advanced knowledge of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central systems.
• Configure, implement, modify, and upgrade WFM solutions; gather requirements and design.
• Create design documents, test plans, test cases and implementation docs.
• Support pre-sales activities and client sessions; tailor objectives to client needs.
• Support data-driven analyses and participate in post-production support.
