EY in Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions) to drive value from workforce management implementations for clients. You will lead projects, tailor solutions, and deliver high-quality results on schedule.

You will implement UKG Timekeeping, design configurations, and support pre-sales and sessions with clients. This role requires travel and a balanced hybrid work environment to collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFM projects, primarily UKG WFM.
• Configure, implement, modify, and upgrade UKG Timekeeping modules.
• Develop functional and technical design documents, test plans and training materials.
• Support pre-sales and client workshops; tailor objectives to client needs.
• Participate in Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, and Postproduction Support.
