Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions) to help clients maximize value from workforce management investments. You will work with our People Consulting UKG practice to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

You’ll lead large-scale WFM implementations, configure UKG Dimensions, support data integrations via DataHub, and participate in design, testing and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in supporting global and/or multi-national UKG WFM implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on large-scale WFM projects, primarily UKG WFM, with strong client service.
• Gain advanced knowledge of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central systems and support configurations, upgrades and designs.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and create design documents, test plans, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in end-to-end lifecycle activities from discovery to postproduction support.
