Job summary

BBNC is seeking a Payroll Operations & Compliance Manager in Anchorage to lead multi-entity payroll and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the UKG Ready subject matter expert, overseeing system configurations, integrations, and payroll-related training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, business management or related field.
• CPP designation preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible payroll processing experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Two years of experience directly supervising staff.
• Advanced knowledge of multi-state payroll tax laws and wage-and-hour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple entities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee payroll-related accounting, reporting, and audits (401k, financial statements, Federal Single Audit).
• Serve as UKG Ready SME including system configuration, integrations, and training.
• Drive payroll process improvements and automation to boost efficiency and controls.
