Nautilus International Holding Corporation in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Payroll Manager to lead multi-state, multi-employer payroll operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while optimizing UKG Pro Payroll processes.

This hands-on leader will oversee year-end activities, union payroll administration (ILA/IAM), staff development, and system enhancements across UKG modules, reporting, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• 3+ years of payroll management or lead payroll experience.
• Expert-level experience with UKG Pro Payroll and UKG Workforce Management.
• Experience administering multi-employer payroll operations and multi-state payroll.
• Experience supporting union payroll environments (ILA/IAM).

Responsibilities

• Oversees weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Ensures payroll data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manages taxes, deductions, and special payments; performs reconciliations.
• Leads UKG configuration, testing, and enhancements.
• Partners with HR, Finance, and Labor Relations on payroll matters.
• Develops staff and implements process improvements.
