Job summary

Discount Tire is seeking a Senior Workforce Systems Analyst to lead UKG Pro configuration, reporting, and integrations. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to optimize settings, security, and data flows.

The role requires 5+ years of UKG Pro experience, hands-on implementation experience, and strong analytics. Hybrid work arrangement with a focus on data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with UKG Pro configuration, reporting, and/or administration.
• Experience completing full UKG Pro implementations and Workday/UKG Pro Payroll integrations.
• Strong analytics skills using UKG Pro reporting tools, BI, or Data Hub.
• Experience with APIs, SFTP, or HR integrations middleware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG Pro platform, including workflows and security settings.
• Administer integrations between UKG Pro and internal systems (e.g., Workday).
• Monitor data feeds, troubleshoot errors, ensure data integrity.
• Partner with IT and vendors to design APIs and middleware connections.
• Build and optimize HR analytics reports and dashboards.
• Maintain system documentation and SOPs.
• Support HR, Payroll, and Ops stakeholders with training and guidance.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to HR systems.
