Job summary

Discount Tire in Scottsdale is seeking a Senior Workforce Systems Analyst to manage and optimize the UKG Pro platform across timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll. You will configure modules, maintain data integrity, and partner with IT and HR to translate business needs into system solutions.

You will build reports and dashboards, support end-users with training, and lead integrations with Workday and other systems. A strong background in HRIS, analytics, and project work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' UKG Pro configuration, reporting, or administration experience.
• Experience with at least one full UKG Pro Timekeeping or Advanced Scheduling implementation and Workday/UKG Pro Payroll integration.
• Experience managing integrations and troubleshooting data feeds.
• Strong UKG Pro reporting analytics (BI/Data Hub) skills.
• Understanding of HR, payroll, or workforce management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with APIs/SFTP or HR integrations middleware preferred.
• Knowledge of HR data governance, security, and compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• UKG Pro platform management: configure modules, workflows, security, and preferences.
• Ensure updates and patches are tested and implemented successfully.
• Manage table setups, user access, roles, and configuration changes.
• Administer integrations between UKG Pro and internal/external systems (e.g. Workday).
• Monitor data feeds, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data integrity.
• Design and maintain APIs, SFTP feeds, and middleware connections.
• Serve as primary contact for UKG Pro issues and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot problems and coordinate resolution with UKG support.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and maximize UKG capabilities.
• Maintain system documentation, data flow diagrams, and SOPs.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Payroll, and IT to translate business needs into solutions.
• Support end-users with training and knowledge-sharing.
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to HR/Operations systems.
• Build and optimize reports/dashboards using UKG Pro reporting tools or Data Hub.
• Provide actionable analytics to HR, Finance, Operations, and leadership.
