Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• 3+ years with UKG Pro and UKG Pro WFM.
• Experience configuring pay rules, accruals, and timeclock devices.
• Experience with US and Canadian workforce operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2/3 HRIS incidents and requests through ServiceNow with SLA adherence.
• Configure and troubleshoot UKG WFM pay rules, work rules, overtime, shifts, and meal/rest policies.
• Administer accrual programs (PTO, sick leave, holidays) across US/Canada.
• Support UKG timekeeping hardware/software including InTouch devices; ensure data integrity.
