Hunter+Sage is seeking an experienced HRIS UKG Systems Administrator to join its Human Resources team. This role will configure, administer, maintain, and optimize UKG environments, supporting payroll, benefits, compensation, and core HCM functions.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, able to manage configurations independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive process improvements in a lean HR setting.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on UKG system administration and configuration experience required.
• Advanced technical knowledge of UKG, with demonstrated experience independently configuring and maintaining the system.
• Experience supporting HRIS systems and employee populations across US and international locations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical resource for UKG system administration and enable ongoing enhancements.
• Configure and maintain UKG modules for payroll, benefits, compensation, and core HCM.
• Develop and maintain role-based security, permissions, access controls, and workflows.
