Job summary
Fora Travel is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to scale Fora’s UK presence from New York City, with regular UK travel. Lead multi-city operations, optimize tooling, and partner with legal and HQ teams to ensure compliant, efficient growth.
You’ll drive advisor growth, build infra, and coordinate marketing, partnerships, and operations to deliver a best-in-class UK advisor experience.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years total experience, incl. 2+ years in demanding professional services and 3+ years in startup environments.
- Based in New York City with ability to travel to the UK.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial and operational modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Execute Fora UK strategy and end-to-end KPI tracking.
- Oversee localization and optimization of tools (HubSpot, Intercom, Retool, WhatsApp).
- Build processes for onboarding, support, training, payments, and compliance.
- Partner with General Counsel and HQ for UK regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate UK marketing initiatives and growth initiatives.
