Fora is a modern travel agency empowering the next generation of travel advisors. The Advisor Engagement & Enablement Manager will design and deliver learning experiences, lead training sessions, and partner with cross‑functional teams to support advisor growth.

The role requires travel, strong r elationship skills, and hands-on industry experience in travel advisory roles. The position is based in our New York City office (Tribeca/Fidi) with a focus on expanding Fora’s advisor community through

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience including 2+ years as a travel advisor or in travel/hospitality
• Demonstrated experience leading training, learning, development, facilitation, or educational programming in a professional setting
• Strong understanding of growing a travel advisory business, including strategies, tools, and partnerships
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments with high standards for quality and execution
• Empathy, sound judgment, professionalism, and customer-focused mindset
• Authorized to work in the United States and based in New York City or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate high-impact advisor learning experiences across virtual and live formats
• Lead advisor-facing training sessions, workshops, and educational programming supporting business growth
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify advisor needs and deliver timely support
• Build strong relationships with advisors and serve as a trusted resource for business-building guidance
• Refine training content and experiences based on advisor feedback and evolving priorities
• Provide coaching and resources to advisors throughout the lifecycle to help them succeed
• Model best practices for growing travel advisory businesses drawing on real-world experience
• Contribute to expanding internal expertise to support advisors across topics and stages
• Travel as needed to support in-person events and market activations
