High performers may lead a specific unit within 18–36 months. Role emphasizes strategic problem-solving, KPI cadence, and scalable operational design, with a compensation range and equity opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3-9 years in a growth-stage startup, top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or rotational program.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; build financial and operational models from scratch.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and seeks continuous improvement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive-ready insights.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives on aggressive timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Demonstrates strong fluency with AI tools and workflows to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous problems and build analytical models.
• Run planning, reporting, and KPI review cadences across the company.
• Design experiments, analyze results, and translate learnings into action.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams from concept through launch.
• Design processes, dashboards and KPIs to improve efficiency and scalability.
