Fora, based in New York City, seeks a Director of Advisor Relations to lead Fora X retention—designing the team, experiences, and recognition programs that keep top advisors engaged and growing. You’ll own the travel-knowledge bench and scale programs with cross-functional partners across events and partnerships.

This senior operator role reports to the Head of Advisor Experience, as Fora X doubles advisor support this year and again next, focusing on measurable impact and personal touch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in travel, hospitality, membership or premium member experience.
• 3+ years at a senior/lead/director level owning a function or program end-to-end.
• Proven track record of building high-performing programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Advisor Relations team with scalable programs and experiences.
• Own strategy and execution of advisor experiences to retain and grow Fora X advisors.
• Oversee recognition programs end-to-end and collaborate with lifecycle marketing.
