Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of business, health insurance or general health industry and 5 years of experience defining and analyzing business requirements, processes, and acceptance testing with 1 year leading UAT.
• Level IV requires 8+ years in health industry and 7 years leading UAT across complex projects and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business work stream from a business user's perspective and review requirements.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end functional tests with data preparation and required tools.
• Report test results, submit defects, verify fixes, and lead UAT defect triage with prioritization by impact.
• Plan and lead the business' test activities, developing estimates, plans, schedules, milestones, and managing risks and resources.
• Create UAT testing strategies and manage execution of UAT across teams, collaborating with partners to ensure coverage.
• Monitor UAT progress and report progress, issues and KPIs to project and senior management.
• Select, train, mentor the Business Test Team and support QA staff and management.
• Advise Product Owners on KPIs and compile testing documentation for releases.
