Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions in the United States is seeking a Test Lead Coordinator III or IV to ensure quality UAT across a defined business work stream in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end tests, review requirements and design documents, and report progress with KPIs.

This role requires collaboration across teams, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior testers while aligning testing with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in health insurance or related field with 5 years in requirements, process modeling, and acceptance testing.
• 1 year of leading and delivering quality UAT in corporate projects.
• Experience writing and running queries to support UAT activities.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business work stream from a business user's perspective, and review requirements, system requirements, architecture, and design documents.
• Apply industry-standard methods to develop and execute UAT, regression, and end‑to‑end functional tests, including defining and preparing test data and using required testing tools.
• Report test results, submit defects, verify fixes, and lead UAT defect triage with prioritization based on business impact.
• Plan and lead the business's test activities, acting as project manager for business‑related quality deliverables. Develop estimates, plans, schedules, and milestones, and proactively manage risks, issues, scope, and resources.
• Create UAT testing strategies, estimate resources and schedules, and manage execution of planned UAT activities, collaborating with development partners and peers to identify quality goals, risks, and mitigations and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Monitor UAT progress, eliminate obstacles, and report progress and recommendations to project and senior management, using metrics to evaluate process effectiveness, quality, and UAT progress.
• Select, schedule, train, coach, and mentor the Business Test Team, and serve as an information and business area resource for Quality Assurance, UAT Analysts, staff, and management.
• Advise Product Owners on KPIs, compile final testing documentation for Bundle Release, support go‑live and post‑implementation activities, and participate in process improvement efforts.
