Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions in Renton, WA, seeks a seasoned UAT Lead Coordinator III/IV to guide business testing across multiple Agile teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery for complex corporate projects. You will review requirements, develop test data, report results, mentor a testing team, and partner with product and development to drive KPI-aligned quality improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
5–7 years in business/health insurance and 5 years in defining/analyzing business requirements and acceptance testing, with UAT leadership for corporate projects.
8+ years in business/health industry and 7 years in defining/analyzing business requirements and acceptance testing, with 2 years leading UAT across multiple projects.
Experience writing and running queries to support UAT activities; equivalent education/experience accepted.
Experience with Agile and project management methodologies and knowledge of SDLC is preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand the business work stream from a user perspective and review requirements, system requirements, architecture, and design docs.
Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end functional tests; prepare test data and use required tools.
Report test results, submit defects, verify fixes, and lead UAT defect triage with business impact prioritization.
Plan and lead testing activities; develop estimates, plans, schedules, milestones; proactively manage risks and resources.
Create UAT testing strategies; estimate resources and schedules; manage execution with development partners.
Monitor UAT progress and report progress, risks, and recommendations with metrics.
Mentor and train the Business Test Team; support QA, UAT Analysts, and management.
Advise Product Owners on KPIs; prepare final testing documentation; support go-live and post-implementation activities.
