Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions in Portland is seeking a UAT Quality Analyst III or IV within the Business Operations Learning & Development team. You will ensure that all functional testing activities across a business work stream are completed with high quality to protect KPI performance and member health journeys.

The role requires strong organization, ability to lead and deliver quality UAT, familiarity with Facets and Agile methodologies, and excellence in communicating risks and status to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5–7 years in health insurance.
• 5+ years defining business requirements, process modeling, and acceptance testing.
• Experience leading and delivering quality UAT for corporate projects; SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business work stream from a user perspective and review requirements.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end tests with data prep.
• Report results, defects, and lead UAT defect triage.
• Plan and lead testing activities, manage risks and resources.
• Mentor Business Test Team and support go-live activities.
