Cambia Health Solutions seeks a UAT Lead Coordinator III/IV to ensure high-quality business functional testing across work streams. You will review requirements, develop test strategies, and lead end-to-end tests in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, experience in agile projects, and experience with health insurance domains. Hybrid work options are available with in-office days at Lewiston and other locations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years in business/health insurance or health industry with 5 years of requirements analysis and UAT experience; 1 year leading quality UAT in corporate projects.
• 7+ years for Level IV with leadership in multiple complex projects and continuous UAT improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end functional tests; prepare test data and use required testing tools.
• Plan and lead test activities; develop estimates, plans, schedules, and milestones; manage risks and resources.
• Lead UAT teams, mentor analysts, and ensure KPI-aligned defect triage and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align KPIs and support go-live and post-implementation activities.
