Cambia Health Solutions seeks a UAT Quality Analyst III/IV to assure quality testing across business work streams within health insurance. You will define and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end tests, lead defect triage, and coordinate across agile teams to ensure KPI goals are met.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and communication skills, experience with healthcare domains, and a track record of delivering high‑quality UAT for complex projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years in business/health insurance and 5 years defining/analyzing requirements and acceptance testing.
• Experience leading and delivering high quality UAT; strong query writing for UAT.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business work streams and review requirements, architecture, and design docs.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end functional tests.
• Lead UAT defect triage and manage risks, scope, and resources.
• Plan, estimate, and monitor test activities; mentor the team and ensure coverage.
