Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Test Lead Coordinator IV for a hybrid role with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work. The position focuses on ensuring UAT and QA activities across multiple Agile teams are delivered with high quality while meeting KPIs.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 8+ years in health industry, and extensive experience in defining requirements, test planning, and leading UAT efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, BA or related field with 8+ years in health industry.
• 7 years in defining requirements, process modeling, and acceptance testing.
• 2 years leading UAT across multiple complex projects.
• Experience writing and running queries to support UAT activities.

Responsabilités

• Review requirements, architecture and test plans to inform UAT and end-to-end testing.
• Define and prepare test data, execute tests, report defects, verify fixes.
• Lead UAT across multiple Agile teams and manage risks.
• Plan and lead business test activities as project manager for quality efforts.
• Mentor the Business Test Team and UAT Analysts.
• Advise Product Owners on KPIs and drive quality improvements.
