Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Leader in the U.S. Trade Compliance Program to support the Country Trade Compliance Officer. You will guide governance, risk management, and regulatory enforcement across ABB's U.S. operations, ensuring adherence to import/export control laws and sanctions.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, collaboration with LTCOs, and driving continuous program improvements while operating in a remote work model within the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in supply chain/trade management with extensive U.S. trade compliance experience.
• Customs broker license and/or import/export certification is preferred.
• Proven track record managing U.S. import/export compliance programs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support CTCO in developing and executing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with U.S. import/export, sanctions and other regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes and risk controls.
• Advise LTCOs on regulatory requirements and risk.
• Coordinate with business functions to integrate compliance into operations.
