Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Leader, U.S. Trade Compliance Program to support the Country Trade Compliance Officer in governing and executing the U.S. trade compliance program.

The role drives program excellence, mitigates risks, and partners with business functions to ensure regulatory adherence. The position offers remote work within the United States, reporting to the CTCO and contributing to the Country Trade Compliance group. The role requires extensive experience in U.S.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in supply chain and/or trade management and 10+ years of experience in managing U.S. trade compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs, BIS, EAR, OFAC, and ITAR regulations.
• Proven ability to partner with multiple functions and work remotely within a country team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with U.S. import/export regulations and sanctions.
• Monitor risks and oversee due diligence and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Local Trade Compliance Officers and business functions to embed compliance requirements.
