Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Leader, U.S. Trade Compliance Program to support the CTCO in governing ABB's U.S. Trade Compliance efforts. The role requires strategic oversight of risks, policies, controls, and processes across import/export, sanctions, and customs regulations.

Based in the United States with remote work capabilities, you will collaborate with Local Trade Compliance Officers and business functions to drive program excellence, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance company-wide.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in supply chain/trade management with 10+ or 12+ years of U.S. trade compliance experience.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of U.S. Customs, BIS, EAR, OFAC, and ITAR regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a global, decentralized trade compliance program.

Responsibilities

• Support the CTCO in developing and executing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead program initiatives to ensure compliance with import/export, sanctions, and other trade rules.
• Monitor risks and drive continuous improvement across the program.
