Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in supply chain and/or trade management and 10+ years of U.S. trade compliance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain and/or trade management and 12+ years of U.S. trade compliance experience.
• Customs Broker license is strongly preferred.
• Certified Import/Export Specialist preferred but not required.
• Must be a super-user of Microsoft platform tools and ERP systems (SAP/GTS strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the CTCO in developing, implementing, and executing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with U.S. import/export, sanctions, and trade regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of trade compliance processes.
• Advise LTCOs on trade compliance risks and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate trade compliance risks.
• Assist with investigations and CAPA plans.
• Monitor and report on compliance performance via annual reviews and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, engineering, sales and legal to embed compliance in operations.
