Job summary

Evergreen Industrial Services Turnaround Group seeks a Turnaround Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and performance of TAR projects across refinery and petrochemical facilities. You will guide Turnaround Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in industrial cleaning within refining, petrochemical, or oil and gas facilities.
• Five or more years of turnaround management.
• Proven leadership overseeing multiple projects or large‑scale turnarounds.
• Valid TWIC and valid Driver’s License.
• Safety Essentials.
• Strong understanding of financial P&L tools.
• Experience with hydro blasting, vacuum services, tank cleaning, and chemical cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent turnaround projects across sites or business units.
• Provide direction and support to Turnaround Project Managers and field leadership teams.
• Ensure consistent execution standards across all turnaround operations.
• Balance staffing, equipment, and resources to optimize performance.
• Lead long-term turnaround planning and capacity forecasting.
