Job summary

Evergreen Industrial Services Turnaround Group seeks a Field Supervisor I – Turnaround to lead and coordinate industrial cleaning during refinery turnarounds, shutdowns, and outages. You will manage hydro blasting, chemical cleaning, tank cleaning, vacuum services, and other activities with safety and schedule in mind.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of industrial cleaning in refining, petrochemical, or oil/gas facilities.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience in turnaround/shutdown environments.
• Valid TWIC and a valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of hydro blasting, chemical cleaning, vacuum services, and tank cleaning.
• Safety certifications such as OSHA 30, NCCER, Confined Space Entry, HAZWOPER, Hydro Blasting, LOTO.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned work scopes during turnarounds, shutdowns, and outages within timelines.
• Coordinate multiple crews across units (process units, tanks, exchangers).
• Review turnaround work packages, schedules, and job plans prior to execution.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and JHAs.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity in a high‑risk contractor environment.
• Maintain attendance, performance, and supervision of day/night shift crews.
