Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries is seeking a Turnaround Manager to lead TAR activities in Bayport, TX. You will coordinate safe execution, planning, staffing, and cost/schedule control for major turnaround projects across maintenance and operations.

The role requires 7+ years in maintenance with 5+ years in turnaround or Capitol project management, strong CMMS/Maximo experience, and proficiency with P6 scheduling. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in a technical field or technical training preferred.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
• 7+ years maintenance experience.
• 5+ years Turnaround or Capitol project management.
• Extensive CMMS (Maximo) experience.
• Experience executing detailed mechanical and electrical job plans.
• Proficiency with Google Chrome apps (Gmail/Sheets/Drive).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling tool.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for compliance with Air Liquide policies including HSE and governmental requirements.
• Model safe behavior; enforce safety rules; promote safety culture.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance for lock-out and safe work permits scheduling.
• Ensure TAR SOP is properly utilized and followed.
• Interface with HES, Engineering, Controls & Operations to ensure staffing for TAR.
• Manage TAR execution to meet scope, budget and outage duration.
• Provide accurate reporting on cost and schedule performance during TARs.
• Drive TAR optimization and post-TAR lessons learned sessions.
• Promptly route FCOs, develop job plans and secure resources for discovery work.
• Ensure Maximo TAR work orders are detailed and completed on time.
