Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• 7+ years maintenance experience.
• 5+ years in Turnaround or capital project management.
• Proficient with Maximo CMMS.
• Experience drafting detailed mechanical and electrical job plans.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for compliance with all Air Liquide policies, including HSE and gov requirements.
• Model safe behavior and promote safety culture.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance for proper lock-out and safe work permitting communication.
• Ensure TAR SOP is properly utilized and followed.
• Plan and staff TAR execution; interface with HES, Engineering, Controls & Operations.
• Manage TAR scope, budget and outage duration to deliver expected results.
• Provide timely reporting on cost and schedule performance for TARs.
• Drive engagement to align with TAR objectives and team members.
