Job summary

Evergreen Industrial Services Turnaround Group seeks a Project Manager I to lead industrial cleaning turnarounds, coordinating planning, execution, and financial performance. You will manage field crews, ensure safety, and maintain client relations across refinery and petrochemical projects.

The role requires seven+ years in industrial services with turnaround supervision, a TWIC, and a valid driver's license. Expect travel and on-site leadership in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in industrial cleaning within refining, petrochemical, or oil and gas facilities.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience, preferably in turnaround/shutdown environments.
• Proven experience managing large field crews and multiple work scopes.
• Must have a valid TWIC and valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnaround planning, execution, and cost control.
• Oversee field operations during turnaround events.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide status updates.
• Ensure safety compliance and incident investigations.
