Job summary

Evergreen Industrial Services Turnaround Group seeks a Project Manager I to oversee industrial cleaning turnarounds, manage planning, execution, and financial performance, and serve as the primary client contact.

You will lead bid development, staffing, equipment, and safety programs, monitor cost and schedule, and drive continuous improvement across field teams. Travel throughout the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in industrial cleaning within refining, petrochemical, or oil and gas facilities.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience, preferably in turnaround/shutdown environments.
• Strong financial and cost-control capabilities with hands-on P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid preparation, estimating, and proposal development for turnaround projects.
• Review client work scopes, specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Develop execution plans including staffing models and equipment needs.
• Oversee all field operations during turnaround events.
• Own full P&L responsibility for the turnaround project.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget; forecast final cost.
• Identify change orders and out-of-scope work; ensure accurate billing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat work.
