Job summary

Evergreen Industrial Services Turnaround Group is seeking a Project Manager I to lead refinery and petrochemical turnaround projects from pre-bid to closeout. You will coordinate staffing, equipment, safety, and schedule while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning, estimating support, resource strategy, and field execution, with oversight of field supervisors and crews.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of experience in industrial cleaning within refining, petrochemical, or oil and gas facilities.
Three or more years of supervisory experience, preferably in turnaround/shutdown environments.
Proven experience managing large field crews and multiple work scopes.
Must have a valid TWIC and valid Driver’s License.
Safety Essentials.

Responsibilities

Lead bid preparation, estimating, and proposal development for turnaround projects.
Review client work scopes, specifications, drawings, and schedules.
Develop execution plans including staffing models (Field Supervisor I/II, Crew Leader I/II), equipment requirements and logistics, and cost estimates and risk assessments.
Oversee all field operations during turnaround events.
Monitor progress against schedule and adjust staffing/resources as needed.
Own full P&L responsibility for the turnaround project.
Serve as primary point of contact for client turnaround leadership.
Ensure proper deployment of field supervision and crew structures, and equipment assets and support personnel.
