Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on medium/heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks.
• Basic computer knowledge and software familiarity.
• Cummins MX software experience preferred.
• Self-motivation and assertiveness.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of medium/heavy trucks.
• Mentor and support other technicians in the shop.
• Diagnose complex mechanical/electronic malfunctions and plan repairs.
• Perform repairs/rebuilds on engines, transmissions, axles, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Help maximize uptime and safe operation of trucks.
