U.S. Bank in the United States is seeking a senior treasury sales professional responsible for the acquisition, expansion and retention of payment business, including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products.

The role emphasizes outside sales with consultative client guidance, collaboration with Relationship Managers, and delivering solutions that improve clients' cash flow and operating efficiency. Hybrid/flexible schedule applies with in-office days and opportunities to work remotely as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of Treasury Management sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales focus to acquire new business clients in Payment.
• Advise clients on business cash conversion cycles, working capital, and payment processes.
• Manage existing client relationships with Banking Relationship Managers to expand services.
• Analyze receivables/payables cycles for client and prospective client relationships.
• Provide consultative feedback and product/service recommendations to improve client processes.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and ensure accurate service delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals and retention objectives.
• Assist in structuring or implementing new Payment services as needed.
• Build community relationships and engage with local organizations.
• Identify new business development opportunities and community impact.
