Herring Bank is seeking a VP, Treasury Management Solutions Officer to lead growth, development, and delivery of Treasury Management and Payments services. This remote role requires regular travel to branches and offices to support business development, client relationships, and collaboration with internal teams.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Payments, or Cash Management.
• Proven success in Treasury Management sales and relationship development.
• Experience implementing treasury products and commercial payment solutions.
• Experience supporting commercial deposit growth.
• Knowledge of treasury pricing, profitability analysis, and commercial banking operations.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand Treasury Management relationships across Bank markets.
• Identify new commercial deposit opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
• Partner with commercial lenders and banking teams to deliver customized treasury solutions.
• Drive Treasury Management fee income through consultative sales and relationship development.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve established production goals.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
• Lead client onboarding, product implementation, testing, documentation, and training.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve complex service issues.
• Monitor treasury related operational processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Oversee treasury pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and competitive positioning.
