Job summary

Herring Bank is seeking a VP, Treasury Management Solutions Officer to lead growth, development, and delivery of Treasury Management and Payments services. This senior role emphasizes expanding commercial deposits, increasing treasury fee income, and enhancing client experiences.

The candidate will bring deep treasury management sales, relationship management, and product implementation expertise, with remote work and travel to branches as needed, reporting to the Chief Treasury and Risk

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Payments, or Cash Management.
• Proven success in Treasury Management sales and relationship development.
• Experience implementing treasury products and commercial payment solutions.
• Experience supporting commercial deposit growth.
• Knowledge of treasury pricing, profitability analysis, and banking operations.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Treasury Management relationships across the Bank's markets.
• Identify new commercial deposit opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
• Partner with commercial lenders and banking teams to deliver customized treasury solutions.
• Drive Treasury Management fee income through consultative sales and relationship development.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve production goals.
• Lead client onboarding, product implementation, testing, documentation, and training.
